switch to a long range setup, that way you seperate the frigates from the rest of the pack and you can pick them off without the real dps hitting you if its that hard, for me, my sniper BS will just pick them off long before they are in range R...

the sviepar constellation is the most crowded mission hub in minmatar space iirc, lustrevik/isendeldik/eystur, it has agents from 1-4 even if they arent the highest quality, with an avg of around 100 people per system also rens is just a hop skip...
